Job Description:

Pay: $14.00/hr.
Shift: Must be available to work between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Employees will be assigned a specific shift and are unable to choose their hours.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience (in-person or over the phone)
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Basic PC skills and at least 35 wpm typing speed
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must have a hard-wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi) with 20MB download speed and live local (candidates need to be able to physically report to the worksite to pick up office equipment)
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls for order placements
- Upsell and cross-sell products
- Update and maintain customer database
- Respond to customer inquiries with urgency
- Accurately enter orders and manage customer files
- Ask probing questions and overcome objections
- Go above and beyond to creatively assist customers
