Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift
As a Customer Service Representative, you will generate and email business customer quotations, enter purchase orders into the computer system, and follow up as needed. You’ll also process requests from sales reps and distributors (e.g., literature, demos), maintain and prepare reports, and make cost-justifiable product recommendations. Communication with customers via email and phone will be key, and you will route more complex inquiries to our Applications Engineers. In addition, you’ll become a product knowledge expert and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 procedures. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
