Location: Youngsville, LA | Pay: $15–$18/hr (DOE) | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5 AM–5 PM (Flexibility Required, Some Weekends as Needed)

Are you a skilled CNC Machinist looking for an opportunity to grow in the manufacturing and oilfield industry? Whether you’re an experienced professional or a recent graduate of a machinist program, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes with precision.
• Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
• Measure and mark materials for machining reference points.
• Select and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and materials for machining operations.
• Calculate and set machine controls for speed, feed, and cut depth.
• Monitor and inspect in-process parts to ensure they meet specifications.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment issues.
• Work with production teams to troubleshoot machining and assembly challenges.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of CNC machining experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate!
• Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and mathematical skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Must be available to train on a different shift, if required.
