Pay: $18.00 – $18.75 per hour

Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM or  4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

As a Warehouse Mixer, you’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining a Banbury Mixer to blend various raw materials, such as rubber compounds, additives, and fillers, into a uniform mixture. This is a vital role in the rubber manufacturing process, ensuring product quality and consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the Banbury Mixer.
• Mix rubber compounds, additives, and fillers to create a consistent blend.
• Troubleshoot any issues with equipment and materials.
• Ensure product quality and consistency during the mixing process.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
