Pay Range: $18 – $22 per hour, depending on experience

Shift:

• Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain machinery using mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic principles.
• Work with machines such as CNC lathes, grinding mills, compressors, kilns, cement coolers, and elevators.
• Move and set up machinery and equipment at job locations.
• Ensure proper alignment and setup using blueprints and manufacturer instructions.
• Install motors, transmissions, and drive systems; repair belts, clutches, and gears.
• Perform basic plumbing, pipefitting, and thread cutting.
• Operate various tools, including welding equipment, pneumatic tools, forklifts, cranes, and hoists.
• Follow all safety protocols during tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in machine shop maintenance and repair.
• Ability to read blueprints and manuals.
• Strong equipment operation and maintenance skills.
• Good communication and record-keeping abilities.
• Basic computer skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform various tasks.
