Job Description:
Staffmark is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager for a growing dental practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, including AR, AP, and QuickBooks. Dental experience is a plus but not required. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a Type A personality, we want to hear from you!
Pay: $25/hr
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 7:45 AM – Noon
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, including AR, AP, and QuickBooks.
- Maintain patient accounts and financial records.
- Manage patient relations and address inquiries.
- Coordinate employee schedules and assist with HR tasks.
- Supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage office supplies.
- Support the dentist and clinical staff as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of office management experience (dental preferred).
- Strong knowledge of AR, AP, and QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- HR experience and dental terminology knowledge is a plus.
