Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The Engineering & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing Manufacturing Operations and Engineering departments, including R&D and Manufacturing Engineering teams. This role focuses on product development, implementing new technologies, and managing key metrics like revenue, quality, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience in engineering or operations management.
- Strong leadership with experience managing R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Proficient in 5S and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiar with FDA regulations and ISO standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations to meet company objectives.
- Develop and enforce manufacturing policies for quality and efficiency.
- Ensure on-time shipments and resolve operational issues.
- Oversee product design and modifications.
- Implement 5S and Six Sigma practices.
- Manage operating and capital budgets.
- Ensure FDA and ISO compliance.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on product planning.
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
