Staffmark is looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Saint Rose, LA. If you have experience operating forklifts and want to be part of a dynamic team, keep reading to learn more about how to apply!

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay: $17/hr

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials.
• Load and unload trucks and shipments accurately.
• Transport goods to designated storage areas and organize products as per company guidelines.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report any mechanical issues.
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse policies to ensure a safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
• Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse setting.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and safety regulations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
