Schedule | 6:00am – 4:30pm | Monday – Thursday, overtime on Fri and Sat as needed 
Pay rate | $24 per hour 

Daily tasks:

• Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece.
• Follows sequence of operations on router.
• Loads and unloads raw material and finished parts (up to 50 lbs.) frequently.
• Starts and observes machine operations to detect malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjust machine controls or program as required.
• Verifies dimensions and alignment using measuring instruments, such as micrometers, height gages, gage blocks, and other inspection equipment.
• Sets up and operates machines on first piece run to verify accuracy of machine settings
• Communicates with co-workers, and team leader to receive instructions and coordinate activities.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience operating a Mill Machine.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and G&M codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Quality-focused with strict adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Reliable, with strong decision-making skills and the ability to serve as a positive role model.
