Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Thurs 6a-430p, OT on Fridays

As an Industrial Fabricator, you’ll maintain professionalism, follow safety protocols, and work within a team. Duties include vertical and downward welding, clamping, tack-welding, grinding, and operating welding equipment. You’ll also inspect products for quality, address safety or maintenance issues, and keep your work area clean and organized.

Responsibilities:

• Form metal for product builds and set up, operate, and maintain equipment.
• Load/unload machines and change dies, fixtures, and gauges as needed.
• Ensure the correct computer program is used and make adjustments for specifications.
• Inspect products to maintain quality standards and make necessary adjustments.
• Diagnose operational issues and take corrective action.
• Move materials within the work area and adhere to company policies.
• Report unusual conditions to the supervisor and follow safety rules.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and maintain required records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of metal fabrication experience
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to read blueprints and interpret measurements
• Proficiency in using calipers and tape measures (to 1/32″)
• Familiarity with computer programs and machine setup
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Strong command of English (written and spoken)
