Pay Rate: $18 – $20/hr.

Shift Available: 1st Shift, Start time at 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM – End time at 3:30 PM or 4:30 PM (Rotating schedule).

Responsibilities:

• Input item data into Maximo and other software tools, collaborating closely with the maintenance department to ensure accuracy in part details and specifications.
• Generate plant-specific reports, enter purchase requisitions, restock spare parts, and track overdue orders.
• Provide backup support for the office coordinator and assist other departments with data entry tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Purchasing, Accounting, and Data Entry is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with others.
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
