Schedule Options: 1st or 2nd shift | Pay: $21 per hour 

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in vessel welding fabrication.
• Experience with SMAW, GMAW/MIG, FCAW, and gouging, with the ability to pass certification and performance tests.
• Ability to read and follow welding procedures and perform 6G, 6”, and 2” 45-degree weld tests.
• Follow shop procedures, quality standards, and safety practices.
• Strong verbal communication skills for assigned responsibilities.

Vessel Welder Responsibilities: 

Follow safety and quality procedures while performing various welding processes, including SMAW, GMAW/MIG, FCAW, and gouging for root passes. Set up components, weld metal parts per engineering drawings, and ensure proper heat manipulation to maintain nozzles and couplings. Identify and report defective equipment, adjust tolerance gaps, and achieve full penetration welds as required. Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety and environmental policies while completing assigned tasks.
