Staffmark is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Hot Springs, AR! Pay & Schedule:
Pay Rate: $16/hour (potentially higher, depending on experience)
1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Essential Functions:
As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient office operations and providing top-notch support to our client’s passionate team. From managing schedules to assisting with documentation, you’ll be an integral part of keeping the business operations running seamlessly.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to staff and leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls.
- Greet clients and visitors professionally, creating a welcoming office environment.
- Organize and maintain company files (physical and digital) for easy accessibility.
- Prepare and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle office correspondence, including emails, phone messages, and mail.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Assist with insurance-related paperwork, claims processing, and policy documentation when necessary.
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Support various departments with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or office support role.
- Industry Knowledge: Insurance experience is a plus but not required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
- Professionalism: Maintain a positive demeanor, handle confidential information with discretion, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
