Are you an experienced Equipment Operator looking for a new opportunity? Staffmark is hiring a skilled Forklift Operator to join a dynamic warehouse team in Quakertown, PA. This temp-to-hire role offers competitive pay, steady hours, and the chance to grow with a leading logistics provider.

Schedule & Pay:

1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $19/hr

2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM | $21/hr

Training: 2nd shift candidates will train on 1st shift for one day before transitioning to their regular schedule.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate a variety of warehouse equipment, including stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
• Load and unload trailers, scan merchandise, and build pallets.
• Replenish and stock merchandise, ensuring accurate placement in designated zones.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and report any concerns to supervisors.

What You Need to Succeed:

• At least 1 year of experience operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an entire 8-hour shift.
• Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and warehouse safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
