We are seeking a skilled CNC Rolling Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating both manual and CNC rolling machines to accurately, safely, and efficiently form plates, bars, sheets, and sections such as angles, channels, I-beams, and tubing. Pat rate: $18 – $20/hr.
Schedule: 7:00am – 4:30pm, Monday -Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate hydraulic plate rolls, hydraulic section rolls, and other necessary tools.
• Utilize computers and semi-precision measuring devices to ensure accurate production.
• Read and interpret drawings, job tickets, and specifications to meet production requirements.
• Identify and select the appropriate alloy, grade, or heat-number of raw materials to be processed.
• Load material onto and remove formed parts from machines.
• Adjust roll clearances and allowances for proper forming.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of finished products using precision and non-precision measuring devices.
• Achieve work-time standards while maintaining high-quality output.
• Perform routine maintenance on rolling equipment.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with plant safety requirements.

Qualifications: Three years of relevant experience. Setup and operate Manual and CNC Experience.
