Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Must be available for overtime)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of recent manufacturing experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic math skills
- Strong communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on construction, plumbing, electrical, AC, and compressors
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Assist with building space planning and budget management
- Participate in cleaning and other facilities-related tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold safe work practices
- Complete weekly and monthly preventive maintenance work orders
- Assist the building maintenance technician as needed
- Maintain water and air systems
