Office Assistant job details include:
- Pay: $18/hr.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
This role provides administrative support to production, sales, and office functions by handling data entry, answering phones, processing customer orders, and managing reports. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, filing, verifying delivery tickets, processing invoices, applying credits, and following office procedures. Additionally, the position requires working at the shipping desk to pack and check outgoing orders. A professional and helpful demeanor is essential for both internal and external interactions.
Qualifications: Two years of relevant experience. High school diploma or GED is required.
