1st Shift Hours: 8 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday

Pay: $17.75 per hour

Material Handler Responsibilities:

• Receive and count stock items and record data manually or using a computer.
• Pack, unpack, stock, and inventory items within your department.
• Verify the accuracy of incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Keep records and compile stock reports.
• Properly create and maintain all shipping data.
• Determine shipping method.
• Deliver/route materials to departments using work devices (i.e., hand trucks/sorting bins).
• Confer and correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications.

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED and the ability to stand for the duration of each shift and lift between 20-50 pounds frequently.
