Shift Options

• Day Shift Hours | 6 AM – 6 PM (Rotating Schedule)
• Night Shift Hours | 6 PM – 6 AM (Rotating Schedule)
• 3rd Shift | Monday – Friday | 3 PM – 11 PM
• Starting Pay | $17.00 per hour. (Pay increases to $18.50 after 90 days. Converted to permanent employee after 9 months!)

This is an entry-level position; training will be provided! 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Start up, operate, and control automated equipment.
• Load electronic components, raw cards, feeders, fixtures, stencils, chemicals, etc. 
• Monitor the shelf-life usage of perishable chemicals and raw card assemblies.
• Accurately record data required for process control and/or inventory management.
• Read work orders, follow production drawings, and sample assemblies.
• Position and align parts, secure parts in place, and mount assembled components.
• Assemble and attach hardware, such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches to assemblies.
• Tend to machines that press, shape, or wind parts.
• Perform testing and inspections to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
• Set up stations, adjust or trim materials from components, and perform repair work.
• Perform preventative maintenance on production line machinery.
