Pay: $20.00/hr – $24.00/hr

 

1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Monday – Friday

 

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should be bilingual, proficient in English and Spanish, and have a strong command of Microsoft Excel and Word. You should also be able to learn new programs quickly. A minimum of two years of related experience in administrative or human resources support, along with a high school diploma or General Educational Development equivalent, is required.

Job Duties: As a Human Resources Specialist, your daily duties will include providing general office support by updating and maintaining hiring platforms, managing supply ordering, and organizing office space. You will play a key role in human resources support, helping with data entry, applications, onboarding, and other administrative tasks related to HR. Additionally, fostering positive relationships with vendors, employees, and applicants will be essential, as you will be responsible for answering and transferring calls to appropriate departments while assisting with inquiries.
