Pay: $16.00 – $16.50 per hour

Shift Options:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure racks are correctly placed at workstations and move them to Work In Progress (WIP) areas.
• Scan, label, and track materials to ensure smooth production.
• Keep SILOs stocked with the necessary materials at each machine to maintain production.
• Move and empty scrap racks as needed to keep the workspace organized.
• Provide packaging and pallets to small parts machines.
• Use SAP and a scanner to conduct location transfers to keep inventory organized.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives to improve processes and operations (POSITIVE, POMs, Focused Improvement Roadmap, etc.).

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in material handling or a related field.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
