Staffmark is hiring a Payroll / HR Administrator in Vista, CA to join a collaborative team. We’ve partnered with a leader in traffic control equipment focused on public safety and urban mobility. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $26/hr
As a Payroll/HR Administrator, you will manage weekly payroll, process wage garnishments, prepare reports, and distribute paychecks. You’ll assist with recruiting, conduct new hire orientations, reconcile insurance billings, and process benefit changes in the HRIS system. Additionally, you’ll support safety initiatives, lead safety meetings, and assist with training and termination paperwork.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in human resources and/or payroll
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
