Requirements

- 3+ years of previous experience
- Proven leadership skills in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Manage daily shop floor operations and team members
- Ensure timely completion of work orders
- Collaborate with the development team to automate new products/processes
