The candidate selected will be responsible for planning and supervising the accounting functions and maintaining accurate financial records and internal controls. Salary: $100,000-$110,000 per year
1st Shift Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday-Friday
What Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an accounting leader (preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting).
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, analyzing, and reporting and job order costing and its accounting procedures.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (mainly USGAAP) and related regulations.
- Understanding of Japanese Corporate Culture and Business Philosophy (Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English is a plus).
- Ability to work in an international, dynamic, fast-paced, and time-sensitive environment and lift 20 pounds as needed.
