Requirements: Previous experience in administrative support, collections, or account management.

As an Account Manager, you will support the collections team with administrative tasks, including:

• Managing the organization’s credit policy, reviewing credit applications, and assigning appropriate credit lines.
• Generating, processing, and verifying Accounts Receivable invoices.
• Conducting receivable age analysis and managing bad debts.
• Following up on debt collections to ensure compliance with trade terms.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and accounts.
• Collaborating with the team to investigate and resolve customer disputes.

Schedule: First Shift | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $18.50 – $19.00 per hour
