Schedule: Training will be held on 1st shift then go to 3rd shift, rotating schedule, work every other weekend
Pay rate: $18 – 21/hr. (Depending on experience) 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Measure, cut, and assemble materials following project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings for layout and welding.
• Follow welding safety guidelines to maintain a risk-free work environment.
• Weld materials in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions.
• Use measuring instruments and ensure quality, detail-oriented work.
• Lift up to 50lbs, demonstrate strong math and written communication skills.

Qualified candidates will have three years of MIG welding experience.
