Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
Shift: 1st shift
As a Warehouse Lead, you’ll oversee daily operations in a busy warehouse, lead a team, and ensure productivity and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse activities (receiving, picking, packing, shipping)
- Ensure productivity, accuracy, and adherence to policies
- Train, coach, and resolve associate performance issues
- Maintain safety protocols and support training
- Perform administrative tasks and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a distribution environment
- WMS and MS Office proficiency preferred
