Staffmark is hiring a Machine Operator Assistant in Troy, OH! We are thrilled to offer this 4-day work week position, where you’ll play a key role on our team. If you enjoy working in a supportive environment and are eager to advance your career, this role is an excellent fit for you.

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Monday – Thursday | $21/hr.

Training: 1st Shift (for a couple of weeks) 

Qualifications | Previous experience in a manufacturing setting + the ability to lift 40 pounds

Machine Operator Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining an efficient paper flow and monitor adhesive levels on the coater line.
• Support the coater operator with a variety of tasks.
• Aid the slitter operator with loading and unloading machines.
• Operate a crane as needed and assist with minor programming tasks.
