Requirements
- 4 years of experience (including Microsoft Office products)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual Service Dispatcher Job Duties
Be responsible for answering customer service calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team or individual, scheduling appointments, and dispatching technicians to ensure timely service delivery. You will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
