Pay: $27+/hour (Based on experience)
Shift: Day Shift (Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer-specific qualification activities.
- Review new products for quality requirements.
- Ensure manufacturability and tolerance compliance through print reviews.
- Create and maintain quality documentation.
- Ensure consistency between in-process and itemized print documentation.
- Update inspection and control plans as needed.
- Liaise with customers on drawing issues and engineering changes.
- Conduct incoming and final inspections, and assist with on-floor inspections.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2-year technical degree in Quality Engineering or related field, or 2+ years of experience.
- Strong blueprint reading and math skills (geometry, trigonometry, metric-to-decimal conversion).
- Problem-solving abilities with minimal standardization.
- Effective communication across all employee levels.
- Experience with inspection instruments and practices.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
- Regular sitting, standing, walking, and reaching.
