Shift Details:
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Scheduled Hours: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
Training Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM for 2 weeks
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance for electric and gas water heater equipment.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, and follow up on customer issues.
- Offer general product information, warranty assistance, and process parts orders.
- Document call details, installation information, and product specifics.
- Research product and part information, and maintain/up-to-date records using web-based systems.
- Make warranty-related decisions for equipment valued at around $1500.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with software and hardware operations, including keyboarding.
