Job Description:

Pay rate: $22 – $24/hr.
Schedule: 7:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare wood surfaces through sanding, cleaning, and conditioning
- Apply stains, clear coats, and finishing products using various techniques
- Mix and match stain colors to meet project specifications
- Conduct touch-ups and repairs on stained wood surfaces, both onsite and in the warehouse
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and care for tools and materials
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and uphold quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in wood staining, finishing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of wood staining techniques, color matching, and finishing applications
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a warehouse environment
- Dependable, punctual, and flexible to work weekends when needed
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
