Job Description:
Staffmark is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our Customer Service and Sales Departments in Anaheim, CA. Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay rate: $19-$21 per hour (Based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Provide customer service support, answering inquiries, updating records, and offering information
- Collaborate with the sales team to process orders, maintain customer accounts, and generate reports
- Handle general office duties, including managing correspondence and scheduling
Experience: Some office and customer service experience preferred
