Job Description:

Schedule: 7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday – Friday
Pay rate: $15 – $18 (Depending on experience)
Essential tasks:
This role provides broad administrative and operational support, including customer invoicing, verifying new BOMs with engineering, and tracking customer builds and lead times in Global Shop. Responsibilities also cover marketing efforts like trade shows and social media, scheduling Zoom and Teams meetings, and maintaining sales pipelines and CRM systems. Additional duties include sending open order reports, supporting shipping by entering packing slips, answering phones, and serving as backup for various departments. Flexibility and strong organizational skills are essential to succeed in this dynamic and collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
- One year of related experience.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Global Shop software.
- Ability to answer service-related questions and provide accurate information.
- Ensure customers feel valued through attentive and respectful interactions.
- Listen carefully to resolve issues and meet customer needs effectively.
- Confirm customer purchase orders, pricing, delivery, and follow up on any unresolved issues.
