Job Description:
Staffmark is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist in Santa Fe Springs, CA! If you have a strong background in accounts payable, we want to hear from you—apply today and take the next step in your career!
Pay: $25-$28 per hour, depending on experience
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll process freight and expense invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments while avoiding penalties. You’ll handle coding, vouching, and confirming invoices, pull reports for vendor rebate submissions, and verify pricing accuracy. Additionally, you’ll respond to vendor inquiries, resolve discrepancies with internal teams, prioritize invoices based on due dates, and assist with weekly check/ACH runs.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Proficient in Excel
