Job Description:
Staffmark is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our Samples Department in Tustin, CA. In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing orders, handling invoicing, and coordinating with warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and proactively resolve any issues in the order processing workflow.
Schedule: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $21 – $26/hr
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will categorize orders, process express orders promptly, enter order numbers, verify tracking, and manage invoicing. You’ll separate orders from the Dealer SMP inbox, verify counts on picking slips, and reprint slips as necessary. Additionally, you will process finished product forms, update inventory, and handle back orders during downtime. The role also includes executing end-of-day procedures to finalize order processing and ensuring proper documentation is archived. Accuracy and efficiency in data entry are key to maintaining smooth operations across teams.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
- Familiarity with PrintBoss or similar order processing software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
