Job Description:

Staffmark, in partnership with a leading company in Gardena, CA, is looking for a talented Customer Service Sales Specialist to join their dynamic team. This is your chance to apply your manufacturing expertise in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Schedule: 1st shift, 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
Pay: $18/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Quote Preparation: Generate and send customer quotes as requested.
- Sales Order Management: Accurately create, enter, and maintain customer sales orders.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly backlog, sales order reports, and shipment updates.
- Inventory Coordination: Update inventory and request procurement quotes as needed.
- Customer Interaction: Manage PO acknowledgments, changes, and drawing requests while assisting with issue resolution.
- Document Management: Scan, file, and maintain records for sales, manufacturing, quality, and HR.
- Communication: Provide production updates and schedule online meetings as necessary.
- Departmental Support: Assist other managers with clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of office administrative/customer service experience. Proficiency in operating office equipment, including computers, voice messaging systems, and fax/scanner/copiers. Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Visual ERP System. Front desk or switchboard experience is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong communication skills. Demonstrates a strong work ethic, professional appearance, and behavior.
