Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager
Location: Sounth Bay, CA (Hybrid Remote, once a week onsite)
Classification: Exempt, Full-Time, Direct Hire
A global commercial insurance broker is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join its Property & Casualty (P&C) department. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of business accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and account retention. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, handling renewals, endorsements, and claims. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members. Analyze client risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions. Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients by collaborating with Customer Service Specialists. Coordinate and actively participate in open enrollment meetings. Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and attention to detail. Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing client support. Assist with prospective client meetings and presentations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a focus on Property & Casualty (P&C). Active P&C license required. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and insurance management systems. Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision/Life/AD&D/LTD, PTO, Holidays, and 401k.
Pay range minimum: $ 80,000.00
Pay range maximum: $ 90,000.00
The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
