Staffmark is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Assistant for our client in Riverside, CA. Pay: $20 – $25 per hour
Shift: 1st shift (Monday to Friday)
Job Responsibilities:
- Verify and process service work orders
- Process customer invoices efficiently and accurately
Required Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of accounts receivable experience
- Knowledge of purchasing and billing
- Experience with accounts payable
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Ability to think creatively and take initiative
- Willingness to assist others and collaborate in a team environment
