Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, triage, and test defective wireless electronics.
• Disassemble and repair faulty components using hand tools.
• Mentor, coach, and train repair technicians on procedures.
• Act as a team lead, ensuring adherence to standards and procedures.
• Monitor production and adjust the workforce to meet daily requirements.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:

• 1+ year of Electronic Repair Experience (preferred).
• Proven leadership and teamwork skills.
• Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite/Warehouse Management.

Shift & Pay Information:

Shift 1 – Monday – Thursday (4:30 am – 3:00 pm) | $20.00 per hour

Shift 2 – Monday – Thursday (3:30 pm – 2:00 am) | $21.00 per hour

Shift 3 – Friday – Sunday (5:30 am – 6:00 pm) | $22.20 per hour
