Pay: $17/hr.
Schedule: 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone and email
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues
• Handle both inbound and outbound support calls
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues
• Collaborate with team members to effectively address technical problems

Qualifications:

• Two years of related experience
  
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Windows and Windows-based applications
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
