Job Description:
Are you tech-savvy and passionate about helping others? Staffmark is looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Knoxville, TN. If you excel in troubleshooting, customer service, and technology, we want to hear from you!
Pay: $17/hr.
Schedule: 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues
- Handle both inbound and outbound support calls
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues
- Collaborate with team members to effectively address technical problems
Qualifications:
- Two years of related experience
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Windows and Windows-based applications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
