Monda – Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM | $18 per hour
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Obtain and retain extensive product knowledge.
- Enter all customer purchase orders and quotes into our software program by the end of the business day.
- Collaborate effectively with teams and departments.
- Identify and report product or process problems, offering suggestions for improvement.
- Foster a supportive environment.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
