Requirements

• High school diploma
• 3 years of construction experience, focusing on kitchen installations or renovations
• A valid driver’s license
• Proficient in construction techniques, tools, safety practices, and interpreting blueprints/technical drawings
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Construction Team Lead Tasks:

• Manage a team of 2 – 4 construction workers in the installation and renovation of modular kitchens.
• Oversee project progress, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to specifications and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while meeting quality and compliance standards.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and vendors to align project needs and expectations.
• Train and mentor team members on techniques, best practices, and safety procedures.
• Manage inventory and ensure necessary materials and equipment are available for projects.
• Address on-site issues or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain project momentum.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (overtime as needed)

Pay: $25+ per hour (depending on experience)
