Pay: $125,000/yr – $175,000/yr
1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday

Requirements: Candidates should possess at least 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible experience in eCommerce, ideally within the Moto and Bike Industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills, is required, along with experience using Shopify, Asana, and Amazon; knowledge of NetSuite is a plus. A high school diploma is mandatory, while a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
Job Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of eCommerce to drive sales and ensure consistent profitability for the division
- Utilize tools like Triple Whale to collaborate closely with the accounting team
- Track the profitability of campaigns, promotions, and product sales
- Ensure that every promotional activity aligns with financial goals, balancing growth with profitability
- Take full charge of the user journey to create an intuitive, frictionless experience from landing to checkout
- Conduct rigorous market analysis and quality assurance testing to identify pain points
- Optimize the user experience based on the findings
- Analyze user engagement metrics to refine the digital experience
- Minimize bounce rates and enhance conversions
- Oversee regular quality assurance tests to maintain seamless site performance
