Job Title: Japanese Bilingual Business Development Representative
Location: Dallas, Texas (Hybrid Remote)
Classification: Full-Time, Exempt, Direct-Hire
A global IT consulting firm is seeking a highly motivated Japanese Bilingual Business Development Representative to help drive business growth in the Texas and South-West regions. This role will focus on establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, generating new business, and supporting the sales process for IT system solutions.
Responsibilities:
Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring successful IT project execution.
Sales & Upselling: Upsell and cross-sell IT and system solutions to existing clients, achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Texas and South-West region.
Pre-Sales Support: Manage the pre-sales process, including pricing, proposals, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining standard gross profit levels.
Lead Generation & Qualification: Generate leads, qualify opportunities, schedule appointments, and create presentations. Understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and close deals.
Demonstrations & Reporting: Conduct system demonstrations for clients and provide regular updates on sales activities to the Manager, ensuring accurate data is updated in the CRM system.
Sales Planning: Develop an annual Business Development plan and goal, seeking approval from the Manager.
Regional & National Support: Assist with Business Development activities, including meeting attendance, note-taking, estimations, proposals, and documentation for clients.
Stay updated on new systems and applications and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (both spoken and written).
2-10 years of experience in sales and/or business development.
Proven ability to build and maintain a strong business development pipeline.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to design compelling solution proposals and presentations.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
IT consulting and/or ERP system knowledge and experience is a strong plus
Ability to travel up to 20%.
