Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in the engineering field.
- 1+ years of industrial experience and/or training in wafer scribe and break for GaAs and InP substrates.
- Clean room and hands-on wafer processing experience.
- Digital literacy in Development Software, Microsoft Office, and Eyelit.
1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM
Salary | $65,000 – $90,000
Responsibilities
- Oversee process control and development for wafer scribe and break modules.
- Train other operators.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Troubleshoot scribe and break tools.
- Assist EQUIP techs and coordinate with vendors.
- Support backend processes like incoming inspection, wafer cleaning, defect identification, and other tasks as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
