Pay: $20.00/hr – $26.00/hr
Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
Requirements:
- Proficiency with applicant-tracking software or the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills or equivalent software experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and communication)
- Knowledge of hiring laws, regulations, and best practices
As a Recruiter, you will oversee all phases of the recruitment process, collaborating with department managers to create detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria. You will implement effective recruiting methods and strategies that meet both the needs of the organization and industry standards.
