Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Monday – Thursday
Pay: $16.25 per hour
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for performing various roles on the production line, including trayer, molder, counter, or packer, while making minor equipment adjustments and ensuring product quality. You’ll operate and set up scales, palletizing, and box taping equipment, troubleshooting when necessary. Additionally, you will conduct rework tasks, ensure proper labeling and packaging of cases, and maintain adherence to quality and GMP standards. You will also use pallet jacks or EPJs to move heavy loads, and support with documentation and housekeeping duties.
Qualifications:
- One year of experience in a food processing, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
