Position: HR and Administrative Officer

A growing international business consulting firm is seeking a HR and Administrative Officer to join their dynamic team. This multifaceted role will be instrumental in supporting the operational and strategic growth of our company across two divisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong HR expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Roles & Responsibilities Human Resources Management: Oversee payroll, recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with all relevant HR regulations and policies. Office Management: Cultivate a positive workplace culture by collaborating with vendors and addressing office needs. Manage office environment, technology requirements, and daily operations. Executive Support: Manage confidential communications with discretion and professionalism. Create high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence for leadership. Business Operations Support: Track the progress of business projects and flag key issues for leadership attention. Ensure smooth execution of operational and administrative processes. Strategic Oversight: Align operations across divisions to enhance process efficiency. Support leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Human Resouce.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Willing to handle executive assistance, office management duties as well.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proactive mindset with a strong focus on operational excellence. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively. Pay range minimum: $ 80,000.00
Pay range maximum: $ 120,000.00
The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
