Job Description:
Are you a natural-born leader with five years of experience managing a CNC shop? Staffmark is seeking new talent in the Riverside, CA, area and hiring an experienced CNC Shop Manager. Are you ready to make a positive impact?
Salary: $100,000-$120,000
1st Shift Hours: 7:30 AM – 5 PM, Monday-Friday
*We ask that candidates who apply be flexible and available to work overtime as needed
The CNC Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of 30+ employees while programming and setting up machinery to ensure efficient operations. This role demands a highly interactive, hands-on approach to leadership and problem-solving within the shop environment.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing a CNC shop.
- Hands-on experience with programming and setting up CNC machinery.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
